Personalized Digital Product

Our Astrocartography Reading is a personalized digital product created individually for each customer based on the birth information provided at the time of purchase.

Because every reading is custom-made and prepared specifically for the customer, completed and delivered readings are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if we are unable to complete and deliver the purchased Astrocartography Reading.

Examples include:

• Technical issues preventing preparation of the reading.
• Insufficient or unusable information provided that makes the reading impossible to perform.
• Other circumstances where delivery of the purchased service cannot reasonably be completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available once a personalized reading has been completed and delivered.

Refunds will not be granted because:

• The customer changes their mind after purchase.
• The customer no longer wishes to receive the reading.
• The customer disagrees with, dislikes, or is dissatisfied with the interpretation provided.
• The reading did not meet personal expectations.
