All reports are delivered electronically and no physical products are shipped.

All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically.

4. No Guarantees

5. Delivery Policy

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.
During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery is completed via email or other electronic means.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.

6. Refund Policy

Because our reports are custom-made digital products created specifically for each customer, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

The report cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
A duplicate payment was made.
The order was not processed.

No refunds are available once a personalized report has been completed and delivered.
